Our Team

Becky- Support Coordinator

Becky has worked in the disability sector for over 10 years and is currently studying Developmental Education and Disability Support at Flinders University.  Becky is a big believer that labels and diagnosis don't define a person.  She has a diverse family and is proud of everything they have achieved together as a unit.  Becky has worked with a wide variety of diverse people and is a fierce advocate for person centred supports and inclusion.  Becky supports a wide range of people with varying support needs and works with both adults and children.  Becky services the Moreton Region and Sunshine Coast areas and is at capacity

 

Penni- Support Coordinator

Penni is a Support Coordinator up on the northside of Brisbane.  She has a passion for working with people and making sure they get the best out of their plans.  Penni has fantastic problem-solving skills and no problem is too big or too small.  Penni has qualifications in community services.  She has a wide range of experience with various diversities and is great at breaking down goals and putting them into action plans.   Penni is currently at full capacity.

 

Claire- Support Coordinator

Claire has worked in the sector for 20 years and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge.  She has undertaken study in disability and inclusion and is a strong advocate for people with disability. Claire is 100% dedicated to assisting participants to achieve their NDIS goals. She really gets to know each person as an individual and assists each participant to link to quality providers of their choice. Claire is currently at full capacity.

Lauren- Support Coordinator

Lauren has worked in the disability sector for many years.  She also has lived experience supporting family members with disabilities. Lauren has a dual Diploma in Community Service and Counselling. Lauren has worked with a wide range of people with disabilities and works with children, teens and adults.  Lauren is well versed in the Child Safety Space.  She has a nothing about us without us work ethic. Lauren covers South East Queensland and currently has capacity

Cathy- Support Coordinator

Cathy is based in Brisbane South and has a background in WHS and allied health.  She is an avid animal lover and a wildlife rescuer in her free time.  Cathy's support coordination experience is supporting participants with complex hospital discharge, home and living requests and supporting people to ensure they get the best out of their plans.  Cathy is currently at full capacity.

 

Kristy- Support Coordinator

Kristy has a background in supporting members of the indigenous community with mental health supports and navigating through health and other government agencies.  She has a drive and a passion for the role and wants to ensure that each of her participants get the best out of their plan.  Kristy has capacity to take on new participants and is located at our Redcliffe Office.

Kylie- Support Coordinator

Kylie has experience within the disability sector coming up to 10 years, she has personal/professional experience and also has a sister who is on the scheme.  She has worked with a wide variety of different people with differing complexities.  Kylie has knowledge of working in the education system as previously being a teacher aid.  Kylie works with participants from diverse and CALD backgrounds. She strives for the outcomes for her participants with supporting them to achieve their goals and work around their budgets.  Kylie is based in our Redcliffe office and has limited capacity to take on new participants.

Carmen- Support Coordinator

Carmen has been working in the disability sector less than 5 years, previously as support worker and prior in accounts payable, claims, customer relations (and in another life; milk factory, abalone processing, libraries, travelling photographer, potato harvester and retail).  Carmen has recently completed a Diploma of Community Services and enjoys being able to make a difference as a Support Coordinator in an ever changing and challenging landscape to support participants. Carmen covers the Redlands/Bayside area but also works in the Redcliffe office 2 days a week part time. She currently has limited capacity.

Amy- Support Coordinator

Say hello to Amy, your vibrant Support Coordination at Let's Connect Support Services. With her extensive skills and experiences, honed through her diverse roles including that of a Lifestyle Support Worker and a Residential Care Worker for vulnerable children, Amy is equipped to bring a unique perspective to her role. Her academic background in social science further reinforces her commitment and competence in this field.  Beyond her professional life, Amy is an ardent nature enthusiast with a soft spot for the beach, waterfalls, and thrilling 4x4 adventures. From bush walks to camping, she indulges in a variety of outdoor activities that reflect her adventurous spirit. A self-proclaimed 'collective eclectic,' Amy has a fondness for crystals and practices related to spirituality. She's not one to shy away from advocating for children's rights and the welfare of marginalised groups, proving that her work is not just her job, but her passion.  In the midst of her fulfilling professional and personal life, Amy finds time to enjoy her role as a mother of two and a wife. Family gatherings and playing board games or Roblox with her children are among her cherished moments. Amy also stands as a staunch ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.  Never one to fit into 'beige square holes,' Amy embraces her uniqueness, living her life like the shining supernova she was meant to be. She brings this infectious spirit to Let's Connect Support Services, making a difference in ways only she can. Join Amy as she continues to embrace her 'ridiculous awesomeness' and makes every day at Let's Connect Support Services a little brighter!  Amy works part time from the Redcliffe office and has capacity.

Donna- Support Coordinator

Donna has been in the disability sector for over 20 years. In this time, she has experienced the ups and downs that come with supporting NDIS participants, stakeholders, families and staff while previously in the Service Delivery and Operations with SIL providers.

Donna is currently studying to obtain a Diploma in Mental Health, while focusing Monday to Friday in her Support Coordinator role. Being in the industry we lead; we learn and we educate while assisting to support our participants in a diverse and multicultural environment with kindness wrapped up in patience.

Donna travels far and wide, from Redcliffe, Sunshine Coast down to the Gold Coast. Nowhere is too far!
