Managing Director
Sue Grier
Sue is the owner and Director of Let's Connect Support Services and has over 20 years experience working in the disability sector. As a Support Coordinator Sue has 6 years experience in both Tasmania and Queensland. Sue is a strong advocate for people with a disability. Especially in recent times with the possible introduction of independent assessors and during the pandemic crisis. Sue also is the founding member of the online group "NDIS: Queensland Planning for Change that has just under 3000 members. She has also hosted many information sessions for participants and their nominees to grow their knowledge on the NDIS system. Sue is currently at full capacity.
Director/Team Leader
Sarah Milliken
Sarah is the Team Leader for Queensland and has been working in the Disability sector for many years. Sarah has a strong focus on people having a circle of support and building their capacity for independence. Sarah's previous experience as a support worker and then overseeing direct support workers has given her the skillset to get the best out of people. Sarah's specialty is complex cases including hospital discharge and navigating the world of SIL and Behaviour Support. She has a very keen eye for budgeting people's plans and is a gem with numbers. Sarah is at full capacity.
Support Coordinator
Becky
Becky has worked in the disability sector for over 10 years and is currently studying Developmental Education and Disability Support at Flinders University. Becky is a big believer that labels and diagnosis don't define a person. She has a diverse family and is proud of everything they have achieved together as a unit. Becky has worked with a wide variety of diverse people and is a fierce advocate for person centred supports and inclusion. Becky supports a wide range of people with varying support needs and works with both adults and children. Becky services the Moreton Region and Sunshine Coast areas and is at capacity
Support Coordinator
Penni
Penni is a Support Coordinator up on the northside of Brisbane. She has a passion for working with people and making sure they get the best out of their plans. Penni has fantastic problem solving skills and no problem is too big or too small. Penni has qualifications in community services and currently has her cert 4 in Mental Health underway. She has a wide range of experience with various diversities and is great at breaking down goals and putting them into action plans. Penni is currently at full capacity.

Claire
Claire has worked in the sector for 20 years and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge. She has undertaken study in disability and inclusion and is a strong advocate for people with disability. Claire is 100% dedicated to assisting participants to achieve their NDIS goals. She really gets to know each person as an individual and assists each participant to link to quality providers of their choice. Claire is currently at full capacity.
Lauren
Support Coordinator
Lauren has worked in the disability sector for many years. She also has lived experience supporting family members with disabilities. Lauren has a dual Diploma in Community Service and Counselling. Lauren has worked with a wide range of people with disabilities and works with children, teens and adults. Lauren is well versed in the Child Safety Space. She has a nothing about us without us work ethic. Lauren covers South East Queensland and currently has capacity

Nicole
Nicole is new to the LCSS team and has worked in the human services industry for over 15 years and has extensive experience in SIL and behaviour supports. Nicole is a big believer in participants getting the best supports out of their plan. She works in the Redcliffe office and does have capacity to take on new participants.

Cathy
Cathy is at our Darra office and has a background in WHS and allied health. She is an avid animal lover and a wildlife rescuer in her free time. Cathy's support coordination experience is supporting participants with complex hospital discharge, home and living requests and supporting people to ensure they get the best out of their plans. Cathy is currently at full capacity

Kristy
Kristy has a background in supporting members of the indigenous community with mental health supports and navigating through health and other government agencies. She has a drive and a passion for the role and wants to ensure that each of her participants get the best out of their plan. Kristy has capacity to take on new participants and is located at our Redcliffe Office.
